This week’s video is about step two of the career reinvention process. Last week we talked about step one and now we’re onto step 2, which is to Decide and Commit. A big piece of reinventing your career is first, making a decision about what’s not working in your current situation. Once you get really clear and decide exactly what you’re currently not satisfied with about your current career situation, you put yourself in the position of being ready to commit to take actions that will change that situation.
